Mastek allots 6,420 equity shares under ESOP

Mastek has allotted 6,420 equity shares under ESOP on 27 May 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,09,46,314 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 15,47,31,570 .
