Max India allots Equity shares

Max India has approved the allotment of 3,00,472 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 each, as fully paid-up, to the eligible employees of the Company/Subsidiary Companies, arising from the exercise of vested stock options in accordance with the ESOP Plan.
