Board of Mayur Uniquoters approves share buyback of up to Rs 40 cr

The Board of Mayur Uniquoters at its meeting held on 08 August 2024 has approved buyback of 5 lakh equity shares of Rs 5 each at a price of Rs 800 per equity share for an aggregate amount of not exceeding Rs 40 crore.
