Further the company had already intimated to the exchange on December 30 2024 that the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities shall remain closed from Wednesday the 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) by the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.
