Motilal Oswal Financial Services allots NCDs aggregating Rs 170 cr

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has allotted 17,000 fully paid, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Listed, Senior Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 170 crore on private placement basis on 03 September 2024.
