Motilal Oswal Financial Services incorporates wholly owned step-down company named ISIRA Realcon

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary 'Adyasha Properties', consequently becoming a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Further, the name of 'Adyasha Properties' has been changed to 'ISIRA Realcon' w.e.f. 3 September 2024 as approved by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
