MPS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) and Half year (H1) ended 30 September 2024 and the same shall be subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
