Mufin Green Finance allots 46.40 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Mufin Green Finance has allotted 46,40,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 26 June 2025. With this, the paid up equity share capital stands increased to Rs 17,29,55,172/- consisting of 17,29,55,172 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
