Mukta Agriculture Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam In terms of the provision of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 14th August 2024 at the registered office of the Company inter alia to consider approve and adopt the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2024. Pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company was closed with effect from 1st July 2024 and will open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of said un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2024.
