Mukta Agriculture Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 13th February 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 along with the Limited Review Report thereon. Further to our communication dated 30th December 2024 regarding Closure of Trading Window pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will continue to remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) till 48 hours post publication of financial results.
