Muthoot Microfin raises NCDs of Rs 66.40 cr

Muthoot Microfin has issued 6,640 Secured Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 66.40 crore on private placement basis. The NCDs will be allotted on 06 August 2024.
