Board of Natco Pharma recommends Third Interim Dividend

Natco Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2025, has recommended a Third Interim dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.75%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
