Navkar Urbanstructure fixes record date for bonus issue

Navkar Urbanstructure has fixed 24 April 2025 as record date for ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders entitled for issuance of fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 3:2 (i.e. issue of 3(Three) new fully paid-up equity share for every existing 2(Two) existing fully paid-up equity shares held of Rs. 2/- as on the abovementioned record date.)
