NEELKANTH ROCKMINERALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on 31st December 2024 at its registered office of the Company and to consider and any other matter with the permission of Chair. Please further note that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed up to 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public. Accordingly all the Directors / Connected / Designated Persons of the Company (who are in possession of price sensitive information) have been advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
