Netweb Technologies India allots 2.87 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Netweb Technologies India has allotted 2,87,064 equity shares under ESOP on 08 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 11,33,07,736/ - consisting of 5,66,53,868 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
