Newgen Software Technologies allots 53,600 equity shares under ESOP

Newgen Software Technologies has allotted 53,600 equity shares under ESOP on 17 July 2025. Consequently, post allotment of shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from 1,41,62,51,870 to Rs.1,41,67,87,870.
