Board of Nilkamal recommends final dividend

Nilkamal announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 20 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
