NAM-INDIA allots 1.13 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nippon Life India Asset Management has allotted 1,13,564 equity shares under ESOP on 13 February 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 63,38,51,308 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
