Nippon Life India Asset Management allots 2.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nippon Life India Asset Management has allotted 2,22,742 equity shares under ESOP on 10 June 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 63,50,44,217 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each.
