Nippon Life India Asset Management allots 3.13 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nippon Life India Asset Management has allotted 3,13,707 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 63,32,19,986 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
