NOCIL allots 2.17 lakh equity shares under ESOS

NOCIL has allotted 2,17,850 equity shares under ESOS on 21 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 166,89,35,550 comprising of 16,68,93,555 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
