Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 33,998 equity shares under ESOS on 29 August 2024. Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,55,58,134 equity shares to 3,55,92,132 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
