Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 40,971 equity shares under ESOS on 19 September 2024.

Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,56,51,533 equity shares to 3,56,92,504 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
