Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 54,490 equity shares under ESOS on 22 August 2024. Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,55,03,644 equity shares to 3,55,58,134 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
