Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 90,090 equity shares under ESOS on 08 August 2024.

Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,54,00,869 equity shares to 3,54,90,959 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
