Board of Oberoi Realty recommends Interim Dividend

Oberoi Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 July 2025, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.20%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
