Omaxe allots NCDs aggregating Rs 39.80 cr

Omaxe has allotted 398 Unrated Senior Secured Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 39.80 crore on private placement basis on 16 July 2025.
