Board of Optiemus Infracom approves allots of 8.15 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Optiemus Infracom at its meeting held on 16 July 2025 has approved the allotment of 8,15,317 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to the conversion of 8,15,317 fully convertible warrants.
