Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 18,552 equity shares under OFSS Stock Plan 2014 on 22 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 433,662,440/- divided into 86,732,488 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
