Please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended & Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed from 1st January 2025 up to 17th February 2025.
