Board of Orient Tradelink approves allotment of warrants on preferential basis

The Board of Orient Tradelink at its meeting held on 08 April 2025 has approved the allotment of 55.65 lakh fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis to specific investors at issue price of Rs 16 per warrant.
