Paisalo Digital allots 3.72 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Paisalo Digital has allotted 3,72,517 equity shares under ESOP on 28 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 90,21,18,289/- divided into 90,21,18,289 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
