Board of Paramount Communications approves allotment of 50 lakh convertible warrants

The Board of Paramount Communications at its meeting held on 21 July 2025 has approved to issue and allot up to 50,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to Promoter Group towards raising of additional capital by the Company.
