Board of Paramount Communications approves FCCB issue up to Rs 135 cr

The Board of Paramount Communications at its meeting held on 21 July 2025 has approved the issuance of foreign currency convertible bond (FCCB), through permissible modes, listed or unlisted, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 135 crore, in one or more tranches.
