Board of Parin Enterprises recommends Interim Dividend

Parin Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 March 2025, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.20 per share (i.e.2%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
