To consider and approve the appointment of Directors of the Company on the Board of the following wholly-owned Subsidiary Companies i.e M/s. Welldone Integrated Services Private Limited (WISPL) M/s. Windfield Spaces Private Limited (WSPL) and M/s. Marvelous Vickyfoods Private Limited (MVPL). 2. To consider and approve the appointment of Internal Auditors in the following wholly-owned Subsidiary Companies i.e M/s. Welldone Integrated Services Private Limited (WISPL) M/s. Windfield Spaces Private Limited (WSPL) and M/s. Marvelous Vickyfoods Private Limited (MIVPL). 3. To consider and approve the appointment of Secretarial Auditor in the above mentioned wholly-owned subsidiary Companies for the F.Y. 2025-26.
