Patanjali Foods invest Rs 20 cr in Rishikrishi Farming

Patanjali Foods has invested Rs. 20 crore by way of subscription in the equity share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary namely Rishikrishi Farming (RFPL), on right basis. The said shares have been allotted on 23 September 2024.
