To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2025; 2. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 1st April 2025 will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
