PDS allots 1.62 lakh equity shares under ESOP

PDS has allotted 1,62,694 equity shares under ESOP on 15 October 2024. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,17,11,806/- (14,08,55,903 equity shares divided into face value of Rs 2/- each).
