PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and all other applicable provisions if any we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Monday October 21 2024 and will continue on Tuesday October 22 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company to consider inter alia the following businesses: 1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024. 2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.
