Piramal Enterprises allots NCDs aggregating Rs 75 cr

Piramal Enterprises has allotted 7,500 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures each having a face value of Rs.1,00,000/-, aggregating to Rs. 75 crore on a private placement basis.
