PNB Gilts pursuant to the receipt of approval from the Reserve Bank of India has appointed Sh. Pareed Sunil, Deputy CEO as an Additional Director with the designation 'Managing Director & CEO' (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for a period of 3 years effective from 19th June 2025.
