PNB Housing Finance allots 25,549 equity shares under ESOP

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 25,549 equity shares under ESOP on 13 March 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 2,59,92,50,430 consisting of 25,99,25,043 number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
