PNB Housing Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 400 cr

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 40,000 Listed, Secured, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 400 crore, through private placement.
