Board of POCL Enterprises recommends Final Dividend

POCL Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 May 2025, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.70 per share (i.e.35%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
