NSE SME Pooja Logistics shifts into top gear after listing

The scrip was listed at Rs 118, a 2.61% premium to the issue price. The stock is currently frozen at its upper circuit of 5% from its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 123.90 and a low of Rs 118. About 16.37 lakh shares changed hands on the NSE.

Pooja Logistics's IPO was subscribed 2.96 times. The price band was fixed at Rs 109-115 per share, and the subscription period was from 23 September 2026 to 25 September 2026.

The issue comprised an entirely fresh issue of 38.46 lakh equity shares, with the issue price fixed at Rs 115 per share.

The issue received anchor commitments of Rs 12.21 crore, with 10.62 lakh shares allotted to anchor investors on 22 September 2026.

The promoter and promoter group holding declined to 68.45% from 93.68% before the IPO.

The company plans to use Rs 33.97 crore of the net proceeds to purchase vehicles. Another Rs 4.69 crore has been earmarked for general corporate purposes, while Rs 5.56 crore will be used towards public issue expenses.

Pooja Logistics, incorporated in 2011, provides temperature-controlled logistics services for transporting perishable goods across India through refrigerated trucks. Its in-house fleet comprised more than 424 GPS-enabled vehicles as of 31 March 2026. The company serves clients across the confectionery and bakery, dairy, quick-service restaurant, pharmaceutical and healthcare, and e-commerce and retail sectors. As of 31 July 2026, it had around 101 employees.

The company's total income increased 11.48% to Rs 167.77 crore in FY2026 from Rs 150.49 crore in FY2025, while profit after tax rose 11.98% to Rs 12.34 crore from Rs 11.02 crore. EBITDA increased 18.41% to Rs 27.30 crore in FY2026 from Rs 23.09 crore during the same period.
