Poonawalla Fincorp allots NCDs aggregating Rs 500 cr

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 50,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000, amounting to Rs 500 crore, through private placement on 12 June 2025.
