To consider and approve of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31.12.2024. 2. To take on record Auditor's Limited Review Report along with modified/unmodified opinion on the Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2024 3. Any other matter with the permission of the chair; Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated 25.12.2024, pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015, this is to inform that the Trading window for dealing in Securities of the Co. has already closed for DPs viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including immediate relatives of such Designated of the Company commenced from 01.01.2025 till 06.02.2025 (both days inclusive).
