Board of Power Finance Corporation recommends Fourth Interim Dividend

Power Finance Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 March 2025, has recommended a Fourth Interim dividend of Rs.3.50 per share (i.e.35%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
