Board of Premco Global recommends 3rd interim dividend

Premco Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 February 2025, inter alia, have recommended the 3rd interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
